Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing activities
  • Consume excessive server resources that impact other customers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts

Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated during signup. Promotional pricing is valid until the stated expiration date.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new hosting plans. After the 30-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion. Setup fees and domain registration fees are non-refundable.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Home Town Web Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
